We discovered that we had more in common than our technology roots. More than a decade earlier, we had both moved into consulting and, in different ways, had been working toward the same objective: helping organizations continuously reposition themselves and reskill their people as AI reshapes how work gets done.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help organizations continuously reposition their strategy and reskill their workforce to work confidently alongside AI, use it to multiply their impact, and play an active, responsible role in governing it.
For professionals, it is the same mission at a personal scale: build the capabilities needed to stay ahead of change, make the best use of AI, and magnify personal impact without compromising wellbeing.
