Agentic Labs is AdaptGen's flagship capability-building initiative: an AI-native practice environment that uses Agentic AI to recreate the situations, decisions and challenges people encounter at work.

Instead of simply teaching a concept and testing whether someone remembers it, we put learners into realistic business situations where they have to solve problems, make decisions, use AI, communicate recommendations and deal with the consequences of their choices.

AI agents can play the roles around them — a client, manager, colleague, customer, subject-matter expert or challenger — while our coaches stand behind the learning environment, guiding, challenging and helping participants grow.
